Richard has almost unrivaled experience in the aged care Industry after more than 38+ years working in residential and supported residential aged care. Also, Richard is a past Board Director of the former aged care peak body ACCV. Furthermore, he served on this Board and its predecessing Board ACAV for 15 years too.
