Gold Age is open 24 hours a day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year.
This provides family members with 24 hour access to their loved ones. However, we keep normal office hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, for most administrative tasks. None the less, Gold Age focuses on Family Support. So if you need to contact us their will always be staff to assist you.
In fact, our staff are well known for going above and beyond the call of duty to help residents and families. Furthermore, this applies equally to our owner operators and executive team. That's why at Gold Age we maintain an 'open door' policy. In this way, residents and families can have direct access to decision makers. Furthermore, this removes bureaucracy, which infuses our operations with a 'can do it now' attitude.
