Richard has almost unrivaled experience in the aged care Industry after almost 33+ years working in residential and supported residential aged care. Also, Richard is a past Board Director of the former aged care peak body ACCV. Furthermore, he served on this Board and its predecessing Board ACAV for 15 years too.
Furthermore, Greg is a past Director of the aged care Peak Body ACAV also. In addition he has spent over 22+ years in residential aged care in both the 'for profit' and 'not for profit' sectors.
It's worth noting that Liz has had extensive experience in residential and supported residential aged care. In fact she has spent more than 33 years helping the elderlyby providing world class dementia, respite and aged care services.

Finally, on leaving this very demanding role, she decided it was time to retire. However 12 months later felt she needed a new challenge and was “too young to retire”. That's whwn she was offered a casual relieving position at Deloraine for a period of 5 weeks. Now, 6 years later, Rosalie is happy to still be working as Facility Manager for Gold Age and so are we.

2009McGregor GardensPurchase of the third Gold Age facility McGregor Gardens in Pakenham Victoria. This comprises of 90 residential aged care places.
2007Camberwell GardensOpening of the second Gold Age facility Camberwell Gardens in Camberwell Victoria by Coral Ross Cr (then the Mayor of Boroondara). This comprises of 75 residential aged care places.
2005Greenway GardensOpening of the first Gold Age facility Greenway Gardens in Heathmont Victoria by Julie Bishop MP (then the Minister for Ageing). This comprises of 47 residential aged care places and 7 independent living units.
2002 Gold Age is FormedFormation of Gold Age by Richard and Liz Jenkings, Susan Alberti AC (Richard’s sister) and Frank Pellicano. A joint family business.
1983Purchase of DelorainePurchase of Deloraine Age Care Greensborough by Richard and Liz Jenkings. It was then 34 residential aged care places. Today it operates at 56 places.
