Richard has almost unrivaled experience in the aged care Industry after almost 33+ years working in residential and supported residential aged care. Also, Richard is a past Board Director of the former aged care peak body ACCV. Furthermore, he served on this Board and its predecessing Board ACAV for 15 years too.

Finally, on leaving this very demanding role, she decided it was time to retire. However 12 months later felt she needed a new challenge and was “too young to retire”. That's whwn she was offered a casual relieving position at Deloraine for a period of 5 weeks. Now, 6 years later, Rosalie is happy to still be working as Facility Manager for Gold Age and so are we.
